    1. No Refunds

    We do not offer refunds on any purchases. All sales are final, and we only provide exchanges in specific circumstances outlined below.


    2. Exchange Policy

    You may request an exchange within 2 days of receiving your order under the following conditions:

    • The item must be in its original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
    • Exchanges are only accepted for size, color, or product defects.
    • Items purchased during sales or promotions are final sale and not eligible for exchange.


    3. How to Request an Exchange

    To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:

    2. If your exchange request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the original item.
    3. Once we receive the item and verify its condition, we will ship the new item to you, subject to availability.


    4. Shipping for Exchanges

    • Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning items for exchange unless the item is defective or incorrect.
    • If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, you may select another item of equal value.


    5. Damaged or Defective Items

    If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with details and photos of the issue. We will provide a replacement or exchange at no extra cost to you.


    6. Non-Exchangeable Items

    The following items are not eligible for exchange:

    • Accessories, innerwear, or any intimate wear.
