    • Express Shipping (optional): Delivery takes 2-4 business days. Additional charges may apply.

    6. Delays

    While we do our best to ensure timely deliveries, certain factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, natural events, or pandemics, may result in delays. We appreciate your patience in such cases.


    7. Incorrect Address

    Please ensure that your shipping address is correct when placing an order. We are not responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can reship it to you, but you will be responsible for additional shipping fees.


    8. Damaged or Lost Packages

    • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the damage.
    • If a package is lost in transit, we will work with the courier service to resolve the issue. Please note that we are not liable for delays or losses once the package has been handed over to the courier.
