• DAWNN offers shipping across India. International shipping options may be available at an additional cost.
• Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout and may vary based on your location.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as courier service disruptions, weather, or customs processes.

• DAWNN does not accept returns. However, we offer exchanges on items within 2 days of receiving your order. The items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
• To initiate an exchange, please contact us at dawnnhelp@gmail.com and provide your order number and reason for exchange.
• Exchanges are subject to availability. If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, we will offer you the option to choose another item of equal value.
• Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the exchange is due to a defective or incorrect item received.
• DAWNN reserves the right to refuse exchanges if the item does not meet our policy requirements.
